It is a university campus commissioned by Özyeğin University in Çekmeköy, İstanbul and is still in progress. Mechanical installation projects have been designed according to LEED Gold certification system. A major priority was given to use of renewable energy sources on the entire campus. Entire campus is operated by building automation system from a single point. Solar energy system, soil-air heat adjustment, heat reclaiming units, rainwater and greywater collection systems, shading components, and frequency controlled operation of fresh air-heating-cooling systems on need are among the most prominent features.
